Our Story

The Reset was not born from a business plan. It was born from a desire — to start again.

Anthony and [Prénom] grew up with Lebanon in their hearts. With its flavours, its generosity, that unique way of welcoming people around a table as if every gathering were a celebration. For years, this warmth stayed quiet — tucked into Sunday meals, laughter in the kitchen, gestures learned from memory.

Then one day, they decided to share it. To stop keeping to themselves what they knew how to do best: welcome people.

The Reset is their new beginning. A change of path lived as a family, carried by their three children — Ryan, Rimielle and Reina. Three first names, all starting with R. It's no coincidence: it's a signature. You'll find it on the logo, understated and proud: RX3. Three R's, three times over.

Marseille was an obvious choice. A city of crossroads, sea and character — it resembles this family: direct, generous, impossible to forget.

At 92 Rue des Bons Enfants, they imagined a place in their own image. A carefully tended bar, honest cooking, an atmosphere that makes you want to stay. Somewhere you come for a drink, and end up staying for dinner. Somewhere you come back to because you feel at home.
